1) Everybody keeps talking about diversity: Why is diversity in religion, speech, press, assembly and petition so important to a democracy?

3) Can you speak from personal experience about how diversity, protected by the First Amendment or championed by journalists, made a difference in your life?

  1. 1) Hybrid vigor.
    2) They shouldn't. They should report as much of the truth as they experience, it is for the reader to ensure they are understanding the facts and their relevance.
    3) I didn't go to jail for printing and distributing how to make nitroglycerin at my high school in 1991, that's impressive and probably wouldn't be true today, sadly, because our rights were eroded by the ironically named PATRIOT Act.
